Robin Schmidt's Music Engineering Tools

Welcome

Welcome to Robin Schmidt's Music Engineering Tools. On this website, you will find free and commercial software for computer based music production and information on how to successfully use such software. For the free items select the 'Freebies'-item from the navigation menu, the commercial products are found - you might have guessed it - under 'Products'. At the moment, the plugins are available for the VST (VST is a trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH) platform on Windows-PC only, but Mac AU support is planned for the future as well. The 'Tutorials' page contains tutorials on various audio effects and sound synthesis techniques and how to use them in order to create pleasant sounds and music. Although some of these tutorials may contain references to rs-met products, they are written in a way so as to be generally applicable and useful.
